Help Shape the Future of the Leongatha Community Garden – Committee Nominations Open
The Leongatha Community Garden is powered by the energy, passion, and ideas of our community. As we prepare for our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), all committee positions will be declared vacant, and we are calling on our wonderful members to step forward and help guide our garden into the 2026/27 year.
Whether you are an experienced grower, a skilled manager, or simply passionate about community building and local sustainability, joining the committee is a rewarding way to make a tangible impact.
Positions Available
We are seeking nominations for both Executive roles and General Committee members:
Executive Positions:
President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
General Committee:
4 Committee Positions
Note: Current office bearers are eligible to re-nominate, but all positions require formal nominations.
How to Nominate
Access a Nomination Form here.
Eligibility: Both nominees and those signing (the Nominator and Seconder) must be current financial members of the Leongatha Community Garden.

Submit Your Nomination:
In Person: Hand deliver your form at the garden.
By Mail: Send to 3-5 Howard St, Leongatha VIC 3953.
By Email: Send a scanned/signed copy directly to the Secretary - gathacg@gmail.com
Submission Deadline
Please submit your completed nomination form to the Secretary by 5:00 PM on Friday, 2nd October. (Late nominations will only be accepted at the AGM if insufficient nominations are received prior).
