Come and join Nat in the beautiful Community Garden for some Chair Yoga.
Enjoy the benefits of both nature and yoga at the same time!
Chair Yoga is an accessible form of yoga to suit all individuals regardless of age or physical ability. It is a gentle form of yoga where the chair is used as a prop to perform yoga poses while seated or with support from the chair.
Benefits of Chair Yoga include improving strength, flexibility and balance. It can improve sleep, reduce stress and enhances our overall well-being.
About the Instructor
Nat is a lifelong practitioner of yoga. She completed her Teacher Training at AyurYoga EcoAshram in India and has done further Chair Yoga Training in Melbourne. She is passionate about making Yoga accessible for everyone and sharing the benefits that yoga has to offer with others.
